Rachel Anthony graduated with Highest Honors and Departmental Honors from the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in December of 2003.
Rachel is a 2007 cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Rachel was active on the Board of Barristers and the Journal of Texas Administrative Law. In addition to success with interschool advocacy competitions, Rachel was selected for two regional teams. She was a member of the Regional Negotiations team and the Regional Client Counseling team. Her team received 1st place honors at the ABA Regional Negotiations Competition. Additionally, she was individually selected to coach a negotiations team, who took third place at the International BLSA Negotiations Competition. For her success in the advocacy programs at Tech, Rachel was selected as a recipient of the Order of the Barrister.
Rachel grew up in League City, Texas. Her parents still reside in League City and are very excited to have her back in the Houston area. She has one younger brother who attends Sam Houston State University. In her free time she loves to travel, run, and spend time with her family, friends, and three cats.
