Notice and Assignment of Related Cases
Local Rules of the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals require the following statement be attached to the notice of appeal filed with the trial-court clerk. A copy of the notice of appeal and this statement must be filed with the Clerk of the Fourteenth Court pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.1(e).
